STUDIO POLICIES

At Rockstars of Tomorrow Musicians Academy we believe that your tuition payments are an investment in your musical education and the foundation of a life-long craft. We work hard to locate, identify and hire exceptional instructors and do everything we can to ensure you and your child are receiving the greatest music experience possible. Below are our current payment & scheduling policies. We ask that all students, staff, parents, and supporters please respect and follow these policies so we may continue to offer exceptional experiences and education and inspire future generations of musicians the best we can.

Tuition Policies

Monthly tuition is due on the first of each month. Invoices must be paid in full prior to the 15th of each month. We encourage you to take advantage of our secure autopay services and never pay a late fee again. If you have questions about our convenient payment options please contact our front desk.

Monthly tuition is based on a 4 weeks of lessons per month. Rockstars of Tomorrow does not charge an additional amount for a 5 week month. The extra week of lessons on a 5 week month will be applied towards a future or past make up lesson. In the event you attend an entire year without missing a single week of lessons, you will have received an extra 4 weeks of lessons at no extra charge. You’re welcome.

Registration Fee

Your Rockstars of Tomorrow studio location can charge a registration/materials fee. Rates and details may differ between locations. This fee can be charged every time you stop your lessons for more than 30 days and return to start lessons again. Our registration fee is a one-time investment that helps us provide top-notch facilities, resources, and an incredible learning experience for you. Think of it as your VIP pass to unlock a world of musical opportunities and growth!

Late Payments

Invoices not paid in full before the 15th of each month will incur a 10% late fee. Students can be removed from the schedule should invoice not be paid by the last day of the month. Autopay may be required for continually late payments.

Full Payment

Account holders that elect to pay the full amount of tuition 1 year in advance will receive a 10% discount. Any cancellation prior to the completed year of lessons will be refunded the remainder of incomplete lessons minus the total number of lessons taught multiplied by the 1o% discount plus an additional 10% fee. For your convenience, we gladly accept the following form of payments:

  • Autopay

  • Checks made payable to ‘Rockstars Of Tomorrow’

  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express

  • Cash

Any returned checks will incur a $25 NSF fee.

Make-up Lessons

We understand that life happens and it can be difficult to attend classes every week. In the event you need to cancel a lesson we ask the courtesy that you please call, text, or email the studio front desk with a 12 hour notice so we are aware of your absence in advance. Informing your instructor is NOT considered a valid cancellation. Please make every attempt to contact the front desk and not the instructor. Lessons not cancelled prior to 12 hours of scheduled lesson will be considered a "Late Cancellation". Failure to show up to your lesson with no prior 12 hour notification will be considered a “No Show”. 

In the event there is a "Late Cancellation" or "No-Show", your instructor will provide a short video going over what was going to be taught in that days lesson allowing you or your child to watch over and over whenever convenient. This video will be deducted from your monthly lesson allotment as would an in person lesson that was not labeled as "late" or "no-show".

When your Instructor cancels a lesson

One of the following options will apply.

  • A makeup lesson will be scheduled at a later convenient date should there be no "banked" or upcoming 5 week classes available.

  • A substitute instructor will be provided. This is a great way to get someone else's perspective on your instrument.

  • A personal video lesson.

Withdrawal Policies

There are no long term contracts. To discontinue your lesson plan and suspend automatic charges and extra fee’s you must submit in writing or email to the front desk one full week prior to the month’s end. Notice given to instructor only and non-attendance does not constitute as a withdrawal from lessons. You will still be responsible for your monthly fee. A single lesson charge will be due for any immediate cancellations of plan.

Holidays

Rockstars of Tomorrow is closed on the following dates and makeup’s will not be offered:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving (and the day after.)

  • Christmas week (24th-31st.)

We will be open for every other holiday regardless if schools are closed.

Schedule Changes

Any changes in schedule, added or deducted lessons, makeup lessons, time off, vacations, etc. must be immediately taken care of at the front desk so adjustments can be made to schedule and invoice. Schedule is not guaranteed when informing only your instructor of any of the mentioned changes.

Discounts

Discounts are offered at the sole discretion of Rockstars of Tomorrow and are subject to change at anytime.

Charter Schools

Rockstars of Tomorrow does not have access to any information regarding your charter school enrollment. You must provide a certificate proving your enrollment terms. Some charter schools do not pay for certain holidays that Rockstars of Tomorrow is open. It is your responsibility to personally pay for those lessons.

Rockstars of Tomorrow requires all charter school students to have a credit card on file.

Each location is independently owned and operated so some policies may differ from what is posted here. It is recommended that you contact your studio location if you have any specific questions about a certain policy. It is also possible that some of these policies are available on your studio locations webpage.
