Shhhhh! Recording in Progress.
During the third month of rehearsals (after bands have a solid understanding of their music), students will spend time recording their songs for a CD that we will have available at the end of the program. Each student will get one CD Free. Parents can order extra CD’s for family members and friends for a small fee.
Students can enroll for just $125/month. Students who are current members of our Rockstar Pro program can join BandCore for $100/month. The cost is $175/month for students not enrolled in private lessons.
Open to intermediate and advanced skill levels for students ages 10 to 17 years old. You’ll need a signed recommendation from your private lesson instructor for your chosen instrument. Ask your instructor for details. If you are a beginner or under the age of 10 we highly recommend you join us for our FREE JamCore rehearsal’s. Check with your school for the exact date and time for those rehearsals.
BandCore students need to possess a basic proficiency in specific techniques and songs for their chosen instrument(s). Students do not need to have perfect mastery of these skills, just a solid understanding and ability of each skill. We are here to learn and get better at these skills as the class progresses but students should be able to basically do most of these skills. You don’t have to be perfect. Just do your best and have fun. You will need to have your private lesson instructor verify that you have successfully demonstrated all of the required skills/songs needed for your chosen instrument. Please let your private lesson instructor know that you would like them to give you the Skills & Songs Assessment Test for BandCore and they will help you. The BandCore instructor has the final say regarding your participation. If you don’t make it, your instructor will advise you as to what you need to work on then you can try again for the next session. Good luck Rockstars and remember to have fun!
